On motion of Mr. Fryer, it was

Ordered, That the House have printed fifty No. 1
Senate bill, entitled "An Act to incorporate Octororo
Water and Power Company."

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Roth, it was

Ordered. That Mr. Morrison be excused from to-
day's session on account of illness.
On motion of Mr. Stump, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Jenkins be excused from attend-
ance at to-day's session on account of business.
On motion of Mr. Bingham, it was

Ordered, That the St. Louis Exposition Com mission
furnish this House of Delegates with an itemized ac-
count of the expenditures of the $25,000.00 appro-
priated, also as to how they propose to distribute the
$60,000,00 asked for.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Drumm,

A bill entitled "An Act to abolish the County Insane
Asylum in Allegany county, and to provide for the
pauper insane of said county elsewhere."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Allegany delegation.

By Mr. Pairo,

A bill entitled "An Act to add two new sections to
follow section 763, Article 4, chapter 128, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, of the seesion
of 1898, title 'Charter of Baltimore City,' sub-title
Police Commissioners,' as repealed and re-enacted by
chapter 421 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of the session of 1900, to be known as Sec-
tions 763 A and 763 B.' "

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Baltimore city delegation.
