the charter of the Lonaconing Co-Operation Store of
Allegany county."

Senate bill, File No. 378, entitled "An Act to amend
the charter of the Hagerstown and Myersville Rail-
way Company, a corporation duly incorporated under
the provisions of Article 23 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland and to grant certain addi-
tional powers to said railway company."

Senate bill. File No. 375, entitled "An to Act con-
tinue and extend to the purchasers of the property of
the Queen Anne Railroad Company all the franchises,
privileges and exemptions now enjoyed by said rail-
road company subject however to restriction and limi-
tation upon the same."

House bill, File Ne. 756, entitled "An Act to add an
additional section to Article 23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Wicomico County,' sub-title 'Roads,'
as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 628, Acts of the

1902, to follow section 129, and to be designated as
'Section 129 A,' providing for the protection of pedes-
trians and teams at the crossings of the Baltimore,
Chesapeake, Atlantic Railroad, over certain public or
county roads in Wicomico county."
