and re-enact with amendments sections 52 and 54 of
Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Oysters,' and to add 3 new sections to the said Arti-
cle to be known as sections 8 A, 55 A and 55 B to
follow sections 8 and 55 respectively."

Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.

porate the Myersville Safe Trust Company."

sentatives from the State of Maryland, in Congress to
use their best efforts to secure one of the National En-
campment as provided by the Act of Congress, in Gar-
rett county, Maryland.

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

House bill, File No. 535, entitled "An Act to add
an additional section to the Act of 1898, chapter 123,
entitled 'City of Baltimore,' sub-title 'Charter,' said
section to follow section 327 of said Act, and to be
designated as 'Section 327 A.' "
