On motion of Mr. Wells, it was

Ordered, That L. C. Carey be paid the sum of $15(>
for services rendered as a page since March 1st, 1904.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Cockey, it was

Ordered, That the Chairman of the Baltimore
county delegation be and he is hereby required to re-
port April 2, Senate bill, No. 121. in reference to
Police and Police Stations in Baltimore county.

Which was adopted.

The Chair distributed the following message from
the Senate:

Senate bill, File No. 376, entitled "An Act to add a
new section to chapter 295 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1896, entitled 'An Act to
add a new Article to the Code of Public General Laws
of the State of Maryland, under the title of 'Immigra-
tion,' ' establishing a Bureau of Immigration in and
for the State of Maryland, to be designated as 'Sec-
tion 14.' "

Committee on Ways and Means.

Senate bill, File No. 220, entitled "An Act to add
certain new sections to Article 43 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title 'Health,' sub-title 'Infectious
Disease,' to follow section 34 F, and to be known as
'Sections 84 G, 34 H, 34 I, 34 J, 34 K.' "
