In section 216. line 2, after the word "Assembly,"
strike out the word "and taxpayers of said city."

In section 227, line 14 of engrossed bill, strike out
all after the word "alley" up to the word "provide."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for the third reading.

House bill, File No. 210, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact section 242 of Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Corpora-
tions,' sub-title 'Turnpike Plank Road and Passenger
Railway Companies.' as repealed and re-enacted by
chapter 607, of the Acts of 1894 and "to re-enact said
section with amendments."
