Mr. Walbach, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill, File No. 432, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the County Commissioners of Charles county ro
issue bonds for the purpose of refunding the bonded
indebtness of said county accruing under section 6 of
chapter 540 of the Acts of 1894, known as 'Court
House Bonds,' and to levy and to collect the necessary
taxes for the payment of said bonds and interest
thereon."

Mr. Gibbs, from Select Committe, reported favor-
ably, with amendments,
Senate bill, File No. 390, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 138 A and 138
B of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Kent County,' sub title 'Justices of the Peace and
Constables,' as enacted by chapter 161 of the Acts
passed January Session, 1902."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In line 16, after i he word "law" insert the following,
"'Provided, nothing in this bill shall give the police
justices of first district any jurisdition in the first pre-
cinct of first district."

Mr. Fuss, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, with amendments,
" House bill, File No. 708, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 216, 226, 227 and 232 of Article 7 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Carroll County,' sub-
title 'Westminster,' and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and to add six new sections to Article 7,
of the Code of Public Laws, entitled 'Carroll County,'
sub-title 'Westminster,' to be designated 'Sections
226 A, 226 B, 226 G, 226 D, 226 E and 226 F, which shall
follow immediately after section 226 of said Article 7,
all of said new sections relating to buildings in the
city of Westminster, and the appointment of an in-
spector thereof."
