sioners of said county, in equal quarterly instalments,
the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars per annum,
and neither the said Police Justice nor any other
Police Justice or Justice of the Peace sitting in said
Election District No. 25, shall receive any other or
further fees tor any services rendered by them, or any
of them, in criminal cases or arrests for violation of
any of the laws of the State of Maryland; and said
justice shall issue, upon application therefor, war-
rants for the arrest of persons charged with violating
any provisions of the Laws of Maryland, and shall
account for and pay over to the Board of School Com-
missioners for said county, all fines and penalties col
lected by him which are payable to said School Com-
missioners under the law, and to the County Commis-
sioners of said county all fines and penalties collected
by him which, are payable to said County Commis-
sioners under the law.
"Sec 2. And be it hereby further enacted, That this
Act shall take effect from the date of its passage, and
all Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, and
all parts of Acts, are hereby repealed in so far as they
are in conflict with the provisions of this Act, and so .
far only."
