Strike out all after the words "A Bill" and substi-
tute the following in lieu thereof:

"Entitled 'An Act to repeal section 289 B, Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Frederick County,' sub-title 'Justices of the Peace
and Constables,' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, to be known as 'An Act regulating the compen-
sation of the Police Justice in Election District No.
25, in Frederick county, Maryland.' "

"Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section 289 B, Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Fred-
erick County,' sub-title 'Justices of the Peace and
Constables,' be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-ena.cted with amendments so as to read as follows:

"289 B. The Police Justice of the. Peace f or Election
District No. 25 of Frederick county, provided tor in
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland creat-
ing said election district No. 25 passed at the January
