Amend by striking out the title and inserting the
following:

"An Act to amend-Article 1, of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Allegany County.' sub-
title 'Dogs and Sheep,' for the purpose of imposing a
license upon said dogs to raise a fund out of which to
pay for sheep killed by such dogs, and to add addi-
tional sections thereto, to be known as 'Sections 100
A, 100 B, 100 C, 100 D, 100 E, 100 F, 100 G, 100 H and
100 I.'"
