House bill, File No. 506, entitled "An Act to amend
the charter of the Hagerstown Railway Company, of
Washington county, Maryland."

Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays as amended."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

After words "Railway Company" in line 14, title
of the bill, add the following words :

"And to make the charter of the Hagerstown Rail-
way Company, of Washington county, Maryland,
perpetual."

Which was adopted.

After section 5 Udd a new section to be known as
'Section 6' as follows :

"Section 6. And be it enacted, That the charter of
the Hagerstown Railway Company, of Washington
county, Maryland, be and the same is hereby made
perpetual."

Change "section 2" to read "section 7."
