an additional section to Article 23, of the Code of
Public General La,ws, to be known as 'Section 114 A,'
and to come immediately after section 114."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Insurance and Loans.

Senate bill. File No. 427, entitled "An Act to add
an additional section to Article 23 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws of Maryland, title 'Corporations,'
sub title 'General Regulations,' to follow immediately
after section 85 L of said Article and to be known as
'Section 85 L-1,' of said Article relating to the liabil-
ity of stockholders to creditors and depositors and
Safe Deposit, Trust, Guarantee, Loan and Fidelity
Companies."

section B of Article 57 of the Code of Public General
