PETITIONS, MEMORIALS, &c.
On motion of Mr. Evans, (by request).

I would kindly call the attention of the Honorable
Body of Delegates, of which you have the honor of
being the speaker to the following facts:

"I, P. O'Brien," being the sole owner of the
schooner, Mary O'Brien, license number 152, and be-
ing put out of commission by having both masts blown
out on about the 10th day of November, 1903, and she-
has been laid up until the present time and cannot be-
in commission for the rest of the season.

Now I ask your Honorable Body if you will allow
me a rebate off my license. The expense of my license
and crew being $107.40.

By giving this your kindest consideration you will
oblige,

P. O'BRIEN,

Baltimore, Md.

Which was read and referred to the Committee OK
Claims.

Testimony in the contested election case, of Benja-
min M Edelen, Jr., and William J. Irere, contestants.
vs. Hungerford Smoot, contestee.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Elections.

ORDERS.

On motion of Mr. Grant, it was

Ordered, That the printer print five hundred copies
of the Committees of the House of Delegates, far the
use of the Members.

Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Henkel, it was
Ordered, That the State Printer be hereby instructed
to print 200 extra copies of House Bill No. 50.

Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Claims.
