ments."

Setate bill, File No. 398, entitled "An Act to regu-
late the building of bridges across the Monacacy river
within one and one-half miles of the lion Stone Bridge
at a point commonly known as 'Stumps Hill' in Fred-
erick county, Maryland, and to enable the County
Commissioners of Frederick county to purchase, lease
or condemn the Stone Arch Bridge now in course of
construction across the Monocacy river in Frederick
county, Maryland, at said point for the use of said
county and to authorize and empower the said County
Commissioners to borrow sufficient money on the credit
of said county for the purpose of paying for said
bridge in case the same is purchased or acquired by
the County Commissioners of said county."

orize the County Commissioners of Charles county to
issue bonds for the purpose of refunding the bonded
indebtedness of said county accruing under section 6

House Bonds,' and to levy and to collect the necessary
taxes for the payment of said bonds and interest
thereof."
