Act to incorporate a company to build a turnpike road
from Woodsboro to Monocacy bridge, on the road
leading to Frederick city, and to re-enact said sec-
tions 7, 10, 13 and 18 of said chapter 304 of the Acts
of the Assembly of the session of 1853, with amend-
ments."
