Ordered, That the employees of this House receive
fifteen dollars ($15) worth of stationery and ten dollars
worth of stamps.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Goslin, it was
Ordered, That Mr, Mitchell be excused from to-day's
session because of sickness.

tions to Article 90 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Sureties,' to be designated as 'Sections 10,
11 and 12.' "

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize, direct and
empower the Board of Police Commissioners of Balti-
more city, to reinstate and retire Thomas Armstrong."

Commissioners of Baltimore city to pay to Joseph J.
Gilbert, a former captain of the Baltimore City Police
