Laws, title 'Corporations,' sub-title 'General Regula-
tions."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 383, entitled "An Act to add
two sections to Article 22 of the Public Local Laws of
the State of Maryland, title 'Washington County,'
sub-title 'Williamsport,' to be known as 'Sections 411
A and 411 B,' to follow section 411 of said Article, as
repealed and re enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1904, chapter —, and approved February
25th, 1904, and give additional powers to the Burgess
and Commissioners of Williamsport relating to the
streets and public places, and the lighting of said
town."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Washington delegation.

Also,

Senate bill, Fie No. 360, entitled "An Act to refund
to Joseph G. Harrison, George A. Harrison and J.
Samuel Brice, Collectors of State taxes for Worcester
county, money erroneously paid by them in the State
Treasury."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

ORDERS.

On motion of Mr. Goslin,

Whereas, The House of Delegates on January 26th,
1904, ordered, that the State Printers hereafter set the
yeas and nays in three columns, as formerly, instead
of solid, at a price not exceeded that of the session of
1902.

Therefore ordered, by the House of Delegates, That
Wm. J. C. Dulany Co., State Pointers, be paid the
sum of $800 for setting the yea and nay list in three
columns, that being the sum paid King Bros., State
