ing the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
county, and the County Commissioners of Talbot
county to erect a draw bridge over Kent Narrows in
Queen Anne's county, and to keep the same and
approaches thereto in repair and to employ a keeper
therefor, and providing for the payment of costs of
erecting same, keeping it in repair and keeper's salary
by levy on the assessable property in two said counties,
and providing that bonds may be issued and sold to
pay costs of erecting same if desired, and to repeal all
Acts inconsistent with this Act "
