1904, in any other Act passed by it, in which event

After section 33 add the following to be known as
section 33 A.
To the Board of School Commissioners of the vari-
ous counties and of the city of Baltimore to be divided
in the same proportion as the State School Tax is ap-
portioned $250,000 for the fiscal year 1905 and a like
sum of $250,000 for the fiscal year 1906 provided how-
ever that no similar appropriation shall have been
made or shall be made by the General Assembly of
1904.
