Ordered, That Mr. Fryer be excused from to-night's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Bingham, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Baker. Charles and Hearn be
excused from this evening's session on account of
business.

On motion of Mr. Godwin, it was
Ordered, That Benson B. D. Bond and Oliver D.
Simmons be paid the sum of nine hundred and eighty
nine dollars, for expenses incurred in contested elect-
ion case, attorney's fee included, as well as all other
incidentals, as per vouchers filed.
