Mr. Hill, from Committee on Hygiene, reported
without recommendation to be referred to the Judi-
ciary Committee,

House bill, File No. 544, entitled "An Act to protect
physicians from being compelled to disclose commu-
nications made to them by patient in any legal pro-
ceedings in the State of Maryland."

Which was referred to the Judiciary Committee.

Mr. Goslin, from Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably with amendments,

House bill, File No. 762, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the Board of Public Works to provide for secur-
ing of broken bricks, crushed stone, plaster and other
materials in the burnt district of Baltimore city, and
transport the same to the oyster beds in the Chesa-
peake Bay and its Tributaries in need of material to
replenish the shells and natural rock, necessary for
growth of the oyster, and to provide for the transpor-
tation of the same from Baltimore city to the said
oyster beds."
