towu and Susquehanna Railway and Power Com-
pany."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

By Mr. Orem (by request),

A bill entitled "An Act to add new sections to Arti-
cle 16 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
'Chancery,' sub-title 'Injunction,' to be arranged un-
der the new sub-title 'Promotion of the more benefi-
cial enjoyment of the rights of property and of home;
prevention of the decrease in values thereof, and of
the taxable basis of the State, the counties, the city
of Baltimore, and of other incorporated cities and
towns, and the better protection of personal rights' to
be arranged next after section 69 of the said Article
and to be numbered 69 A, 69 B, 69 G."

Committee on Judiciary.

A bill entitled "An Act to add additional sections
to be known as 'Sections 57 A and 57 B,' and to come
in immediately after section 57 of Article 19, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'St. Mary's County,'
