Section 191, in line 4, strike out "work upon and,"
after the word "material" insert "machinery and im-
pliment."

Which was adopted.

In line 15, after the word "contract" insert the fol-
lowing: "When in the judgment of the said Roads
Engineer such course is deemed advisable."

Which was adopted.

In line 35, after the word "material" insert "and.
supplies."

Which was adopted.

In line 37, strike out all after the word "same" to
the word "supplies," inclusive.

In line 39 insert the following: "By reasonable pub-
lication in such county papers as the commission may
designate.

Which was adopted.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Feaga raised the point of.no quorum present.
