Section 202. In line 31, strike out all after the word
"the" to the word "Roads."

Section 3. Strike out the word "May" and insert
"January," strike out figure "4" and insert "5."

To amend by striking out in lines 3 and 4, para-
graph 193, page 12 of printed bill, the words "for four
years unless sooner," and inserting in lieu thereof the
word "until."

Which was adopted.

In line 9, section 190, after the word "appointed"
before the word "shall" insert the following: "Shall
serve for'one year and no supervisors so appointed
shall be removed from office except upon charges of
which he shall have due notice, and not until after-
public trial, he shall be found guilty, and they."

Insert in section 1, line 31, "all" after the word
"compile" and insert the word "annually."
Which was adopted.

In line 33, strike out the words "or published for
general distribution," and insert "in any or more of
the county newspapers at length."

In line 43, strike out all after the word "purpose,"
to the word "commission" inclusive, and insert the
words "which will all ways be open to the inspection
of the public."

Which was adopted.

Amend by adding in paragraph 189, line 20 of the
printed bill, after the words "Session 1900," the follow-
ing words to-wit: "And any final decree or judgment
obtained against said Highways Commission in any
such suit or action or costs adjudged against it shall
be satisfied and paid in due course by the County
Commissioners of said county, out of the proper
funds for such purpose."
