On motion of Mr. Harvey, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Harry be excused from to-day's
session on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Harrison, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Crawford be excused from atten-
dance at to-day's session on account of important
business.
On motion of Mr. Duvall, it was
Ordered, That David Klawansky be paid the sum of
one hundred and twenty-five dollars for service ren-
dered in hauling away dirt and waste paper of House
of Delegates and Senate Chamber during the present
session of 1904.

Claims.
On motion of Mr. Lowman, it was
Ordered, That Lemuel Mitchell be paid a reasonable
compensation for services rendered by cleaning the
Engrossing Clerks room, during the session of 1904.

On motion of Mr. Dennis, it was
Ordered, That Arthur Burbage be paid the sum of
one hundred dollars for work done in and about the
House during the session.
