Mr. Wells, from Select Committee, reported favora-
bly, .

House bill File No. 761 en tided "An Act to repeal
138—117 of the Code of P. L. Little 'Prince George's
county' sub-title 'Fences', and re-enact the same with
amendments.' "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be
engrossed for the third reading.

Mr. Hall, from Baltimore city delegation reported
favorably with amendments,

House bill File No. 685 entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, section 99 of Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'City of Baltimore,' sub-title 'Charter.' "

Which were adopted.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be
engrossed for the third reading.

Also favorably, with amendments,
House bill, File No. 652, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 765 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Laws of
Maryland, title 'Baltimore City,' sub title 'Police,' as
repealed and re-enacted by the Acts of 1898, chapter
123, as repealed and re enacted by chapter 538 of the
Acts of 1900, and to repeal section 756 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Baltimore City,'
sub-title 'Police,' as the same is repealed and re-
enacted by section 777 of chapter 123, of the Acts of
1898, and by chapter 494 of 1898, as repealed by chap-
ter 81 of the Acts of 1902, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, to be known as 'Sections 765 and
and 777,' and to read as follows :"
