1808 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 24

to Article 8, Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title 'Baltimore County,' sub-title 'Roads,' to follow
immediately after section 188 as enacted by chapter
685 of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January Session of 1900, and to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 196 of said
Article, title and sub-title as enacted by said chapter."

Conmiittee on Roads and Highways.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, chapter 17, passed at
its session 1892, entitled 'An Act to add two additional
sections to Article 27 of the Code of Public General
Laws,' title 'Crimes and Punishments,' sub-title 'Rail-
roads Obstructing,' and to be known as 'Section 231 A
and 231 B,' respectively."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Judiciary.

A bill entitled "An Act to enlarge and extend the
powers of the Queenstown Savings Bank of Queen
Anne's county, State of Maryland, and authorize an
increase of capital stock and also an increase of the
directors of its Board of Directors."

Committee on Corporations.

By Mr. Atwell,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments sections 191 to —, both inclusive of Ar-
ticle 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Anne
Arundel County,' sub-title 'Roads,' as the same were
enacted by chapter 531 of the Acts 1898, and section
124 as euacted by chapter 433 of the Acts of 1902, and
to re-enact in lieu thereof certain sections to be num-
bered '191 to — ,' to read as follows, and providing a
new system for repairing and making permanent im-
provements to the public roads of Anne Arundel
county."
