INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Murphy, of Baltimore city,

A bill entitled "An Act to change the name of the
Trustee of the Endowment Fund of the Faculty of
Physic of the University of Maryland of Baltimore
city, a body corporate, incorporated under articles of
incorporation, dated the 29th day of June, 1893, and
recorded among the charter records of Baltimore city,
in Liber J. B. No. 31, at folio 167, etc., and to enlarge
the powers of said body corporate."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

By Mr. Kirk,

A bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section
to Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Cecil County,' to be known as 'Section
124 A,' under a new sub-title 'Fraud on Liverystable
Keepers,' providing for the punishment of persons
hiring horses or vehicles from liverystable keepers, in
Cecil county, to go a certain distance and using said
horses or vehicles for a greater distance."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Cecil delegation.

By Mr. Roth,

A bill entitled "An Act to add three new sections
to Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of
State, title 'Corporations,' sub-title 'Telegraph Com-
panies,' to come after section 232 F of said Article, to
be known as 'Sections 232 F-l, 232 F 2 and 232 F-3, to
compel all Telephone Companies operating limited ser-
vice telephone to provide each such subscriber thereof
pith proper and suitable device to register all such
calls.

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

By Mr. Riggan,

A hill entitled "An Act for the protection of livery-
men in Somerset county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Somerset delegation.
