House bill, File No. 518, entitled "An Act to em-
power the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to
make appropriations for certain purposes out of any
unappropriated balance of the sum of four million,
four hundred and twenty-two thousand, four hundred
and sixty dollars and seventy-four cents ($4,422,460.74)
formerly part of the purchase price paid by the Fuller
Syndicate for the interests of the city of Baltimore in
the Western Maryland Railroad Company, and here-
tofore passed to the credit of the general sinking fund
of said city, and the interest accumulated or, to accu-
mulate thereon."

Endorsed : "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."

I House bill, File No. 29, entitled "An Act to add an
additional section to Article 43, of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title 'Health,' to be num-
bered 'Section 81 B.' "

and regulate the business of Private Detectives, De-
tective Agencies in the city of Baltimore."

more city Senators."

House bill, File No. 141. entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments chapter 525 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, session 1900,
to repeal section 745 of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title 'City of Baltimore,' sub-
title 'Police Commissioners,' as said section was en-
acted by said chapter 425 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, 1900, and to re-enact the same
with amendments."

city Senators."
