House bill, File No. 630, entitled "An Act to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments, chapter 547, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at its January session, 1900, entitled 'An Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Dorchester
county to borrow money on the credit of the county
for the purpose of constructing a bridge across the
northwest fork of the Nanticoke river in said county,
at a point called Harrison Ferry, and placing a draw
therein, to give their bond or bills obligatory for the
payment of the same, and to levy taxes on the assess-
able property of said county to redeem said bonds or
bills obligatory, and to pay the interest thereon,' and
also to levy any additional sum necessary to con-
struct said bridge."
