the Acts of 1892, section 178 B of chapter 276 of
the Acts of 1900, section 178 B of chapter 407 of the
Acts of 1902, and section 178 D of chapter 301 of the
Acts of 1894 and to re-enact said sections with amend-
ments and to add new sections to said Article 2, to be
designated as 'Sections 176, 176 B, 178 D and 178 E.' "
