Mr. Feaga, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably with amendments,

House bill, File No. 619, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 48, of Article
43, of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Health,'
sub-title 'Practitioners of Medicine,' as repealed and
re-enacted by chapter 612, of the Acts of 1902."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In section 37 A, line 3, after the word 'of,' strike
out 'ten,' and insert 'eight.'

Which was adopted.

Strike out after the word 'Cumberland,' and in line
5, the words 'six thousand, and insert 'four thousand
six hundred.'

Which was adopted.

In line 6, after the word 'Frostburg,' strike out 'fif-
teen,' and insert 'twelve.'

Which was adopted.

In line 7. after the word 'Lonaconing,' strike out
'twelve hundred,' and insert 'one thousand.'

Which was adopted.

In line 8, after the word 'Westernport,' strike out
'eighteen hundred' and insert 'seven hundred and
fifty.'

Which was adopted.

In line 9, strike out the word 'five hundred' and in-
sert 'four hundred and fifty.'

Which was adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
