where, other than the County Treasurer of said county,
and from any person or persons acting for others hav-
ing the custody of any money belonging to themselves;

Senate bill. File No. 81, entitled "An Act to trans-
fer to the Kent and Cecil Light, Power and Railway
Company, a body corporate, duly incorporated by
chapter 357 of. the Acts of 1902, the sum of $58,000,
which by the Act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, of 1894, chapter 85, was appropriated and trans-
ferred to the Elkton and Middletown Railroad Com-
pany of Cecil county, and the Elkton and Southern
Railroad Company in certain contingencies, and which
said sum was transferred by the Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1900. chapter 129, to the
Cherry Hill, Elkton and Chesapeake City Electric
Railway Company of Cecil county, in certain contin-
gencies."

Bay and Tributaries, reported unfavorably,
House bill, File No, 573, entitled "An Act creating
the Shell Fish Commission of Maryland, for the pur-
pose of encouraging and promoting oyster culture upon
the barren bottoms, and for the protection and re-
plenishing of the depleated oyster beds and bars of
the Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.
