crushed stone, plaster and other materials in the burnt
district of Baltimore city, and to transport the same
to the oyster beds in the Chesapeake Bay and its
Tributaries in need of material to replenish the shells
and natural rock, necessary for the growth of the
oyster, and to provide for the transportation of the
same from Baltimcre city to the said oyster beds."

any license for the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors or lager beer at any place in Petersville Elec-
tion District No. 12 in Frederick county, except in
the village of Knoxville in the said district, and to

the above described limit."
