A bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Wicomico County,' sub-title 'Roads,' as repeal-
ed and re-enacted by chapter 628, Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, January session of 1902, to
follow section 129 and to be designated as 'Section
129 A,' providing for the protection of pedestrains and
teams at the crossings of the Baltimore, Chesapeake,
Atlantic Railroad, over certain public or county roads
in Wicomico county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Wicomico delegation.

A bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section
to Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title 'Dorchester County,' to be known as
'Section 228 A,' under a new sub-title 'Fraud on Livery
Stable Keepers,' providing for the punishment of per-
sons hiring horses or vehicles from livery stable keep-
ers in Dorchester county to go a certain distance and
using said horses or vehicles for a greater distance."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Dorchester delegation.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 79 of Article 4 of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title 'City of Baltimore,' sub title
'Charter,' relating to Inspector of Buildings, as said
section was enacted by chapter 123 of the Acts of
1898."
