prietors" in line 9 of engrossed bill and insert in lieu
thereof the following:

"Entitled 'An Act to repeal Article 27. section
147 A of the Code of Public General Laws,' title
'Crimes and Punishments,' sub-title 'Health—Sales.
Ladies, Chairs For,' and re-enact the same with amend-
ments."
