pensation" by fees of Inspectors of Buildings for said
district, and require that the erection and construction
of all buildings in said districts shall be under their
supervision and subject to the regulations of said
County Commissioners, and further to provide f or the
construction of fire-escapes for school houses through-
out Baltimore county."
