ported favorably,

House bill, File No. 409, entitled "An Act to prohibit
the granting of license for the sale of spirituous or
fermented liquors or lager beer, in any part of the
district of Baltimore city, bounded by the 20th street,
Oak street, 24th street, St. Paul street, Huntington
avenue and Guilford avenue."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill, File No. 120, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 733 and 734, of Article 4, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Baltimore Ciiy,'
