Upon motion,

Was made the Special Order for March 29th, 1904,
at 1 o'clock; p. m.

Mr. Gosliu, from Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably,

House bill, File No. 40, entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of money for the maintenance of the Fifth
Regiment Armory."

Which was read the second time.
Also favorably.

House bill, File No. 383, entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to pay the claim of Charles J.
Byrne for balance of salary due him as receiving clerk
in State Tobacco Warehouse number one during the
year 1902."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Also favorably,

House bill, File No. 482, entitled ''An Act to make
an appropriation for the Maryland Board of Phar-
macy."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also favorably,

Senate bill, File No. 204, entitled "An Act to add
an additional section to Article 26 of the Code of
Public. General Laws of Maryland, title 'Courts,' to
be known as 'Section 44,' relating to the payment of
salaries to certain classes of judges after their retire-
ment from office."

Which was read the second time.
Also unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 430, entitled "An Act to ap-
propriate the sum of five thosand dollars (15,000,) to
the County Com missioners of Allegany county, in
order to reimburse them for an advancement of said
sum in order to complete and finish the State Normal
School Building at Frostburg, in the year 1901."

Which unfavorable report was adopted.
