Which was read the first time and referred to the
Allegany delegation.

ORDERS.

On motion of Mr. Hall, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Orem and Trager be excused
from attendance at this day's session on account of
business.

On motion of Mr. Bosse, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Becker and Evans be excused
from attendance at to-night's session on account of
important business.

On motion of Mr. Kirk, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Fryer be excused from to-night's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Kirbin, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Carey be excused on account of
business.

On motion of Mr. Howard, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Harvey be excused from to-night's
session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Kairi, it was

Ordered. That Mr Oursler be excused from to-
night's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Henkel, it, was
Ordered, That Messrs. Bald and Lock be excused
on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Simmons, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Bond be excused from to-night's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Norris, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Reed be excused from attend-
ance on to-night's session on account of death in
family.

On motion of Mr. Loar, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Jenkins be excused from to-
night's session on account of business.
