Senate bill, File No. 270, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Howard county
to issue bonds to procure money for the repairing of
roads, bridges and culverts in Howard county, and to
levy a tax for the payment of same."

Mr. Green, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 609, entitled "An Act to amend
chapter 834 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January session, 1890, en-
titled 'An Act to regulate the granting of license for
the sale of spirituous liquors in Baltimore county,' as
amended by chapter 486 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session,
1896, and to repeal said last mentioned Act."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hopkins, from Select Committee, reported un-
favorably,

House bill, File No. 428, entitled "An Act to add
new sections to sections 59, 71 and 75, etc., to Article
10 Code of Public' Local Laws, title 'Dorchester
County,' sub-title 'Cambridge.' "

ably,

House bill, File No. 345, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 123 of Article 2,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Anne Arundel
County.' sub-title 'County Commissioners,' as the same
was re-enacted by chapter 472 of the Acts of 1894, and
by chapter 98 of the Acts of 1898.' "
