Maryland 1896, as far as the said Act applies or in-
cludes Salisbury (No. 9), Nanticoke (No. 12), Nutters
(No. 8). Barrow Creek (No. 1), and Delmar (No. 11),
Election District of Wicomico county and to prohibit
the sale of liquor and intoxicating drinks in the said
district, also to prohibit the sale of said liquors and
drinks in Parsons (No. 5), Pittsburgh (No. 4), Dennis
(No. 6), Trappe (No. 7), Sharpstown (No. 10), Election
District in said county."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Gill, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill, File No. 269, entitled "An Act to add
a new section to Article 14 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Howard County,' sub-title 'Fish,' to be
known as 'Section 89 A,' and to follow section 89."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Milbourne, from Select Committee, reported
favorably.

Senate bill. File No. 267, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 198, 199, 210 C, 210 D and 210 G, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, Article 20, title 'Somerset

County,' sub-title 'Princess Anne,' as amended by the
Acts of 1894, chapter 543, and to re-enact the same

with amendments."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Wingate, from Select Committee, reported
"favorably,

House bill, File No. 664, entitled "An Act to pre-
vent swine running at large in that part of District
No. 10, or Straits, known as 'Precinct No. 1, lying on
the west side of Fishing Bay, in Dorchester county."

engrossed for a third reading.
