words "willfully or maliciously."

In line 14, after the word -'or," add the word "wil-
fully."

Which was adopted.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Also favorably, with amendments.

Senate bill, File No. 110, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, chapter 307 ,of the
Laws of Maryland, passed at the January Session,
1890, entitled 'An Act to require the Commissioners of
Talbot county, to pay annually to the Commissioners
of Easton the amount of road tax levied or taxed upon
the property within the limits of the town of Easton."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Online 4 of title, after the word "Easton," add the
towns of St. Michaels, Trappe and Oxford.

Also,

On line 5, section 1, after the word "of" strike out
the word "twelve" and insert "seven," and after the
word "dollars" add "to the towns of St. Michaels,
Trappe and Oxford the sum of $50 each annually."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Hall, from the Baltimore city delegation, re-
ported unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 368, entitled "An Act to regu-
late fire escapes and water plugs in public buildings
and warehouses and school houses and factories in the
city of Baltimore."
