A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, sections 7, 9 and 10 of Article 72, of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Oysters,' sub-title 'Culling,' and to add to said Article
72, four new sections to be known as 'Sections 69, 70,
71 and 72 of said Article,' providing for the appoint-
ment of a Shell Fish Commissioner, and defining his
duties."

Electric Light and Power Company of Baltimore city."

ing for a penalty for selling such articles not so marked
and to add a new section to Article 27 of the Code of

'Prison Made Articles,' and to be designated as section
229 A."
