"building of a school house in the Fifth District of

George A. Harrison, collector of taxes for the first col-
lection district of Worcester county, Maryland, for
the year 1899, to enforce the payment of taxes not
heretofore collected by him."

engrossed for a third reading.

Joseph G. Harrison, collector of State and county taxes
for the first collection district of Worcester county,
Maryland, for the year 1898, to enforce the payment
of taxes not heretofore collected by him."

favorably, with amendments,
House bill, File No. 332, entitled "An Act to amend
Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title 'Crimes and Punishments,' sub-title
'Gaming,' by repealing section 124 E thereof, as en-
acted by the Act of 1898, chapter 285, and re-enacting
the same so as to read as follows."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike all out after the words "A Bill," and insert
the following:
"Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land. That section 124 E of Article 27 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punishments.'
sub-title 'Gaming,' as said section was enacted by
chapter 572 of the Acts of 1902, be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so
as to read as follows:
