~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~             And whereupon the Said David Browne p^r Sam. Worthington his

                                                         Attorney Complaineth that whereas the said Lawrence by his Certain

Bill Obligatory bearing date ffebry y^e 4^th 1688/9 at Monocan within the jurisdiction of this Court became indebted

unto the Said Browne in the just Sum of four thousand four hundred fifty four pounds of Sweet neat fatt Porke

to be paid in November next ensueing the date of the Said Bill at Monocan at the Dwelling house of the

Said Browne to the true performance of which the Said Lawrence bound himself firmly by his Said Bill

here in Court ready to be produced Nevertheless the Said Lawrence the Said Sum of 4454 Pounds of Porke

hath not paid & hitherto doth deny to pay to the great losse & damage of the Sd Browne of six thousand

firmly bound unto David: Browne of the Same County Gen^t. in the full & just quantity of four thousand four

hundred fifty & four pounds of good fatt neat Porke to be payd unto the Said Brown at his house in Monokin

River his Heirs, Extors.Adm^rs or Order to which payment well & truely to be payd I bind my Self my Heirs, Extors

& Adm^rs firmly by these p^rsents In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal this fourth day of ffeby

The Condition of this Obligation is Such that if the above bounden Lawrence Crawford Shall well & truely

pay two thousand one hundred twenty & Six pounds of Sweet neat fatt Porke cleanly dressed at y^e Said dwelling

house of the Said Browne in Monokin River in November next. Then this Obligation to be void otherwayes

in full force & vertue
