Wine humbly Sheweth. // That the Estate of John:Pool. dcd is Dr. to yr Petioner as appears by the following account Subscribed therefore doe humbly pray that yr worpps Order may pass agt ye Admrx of the sd Estate & yr Petioner is in duty bound shall ever pray &ca. To one Winding Sheet — 200 To a Coffin - - - - - - - 150 To 5 quarts of brandy — 075 425 The aforesd Petion being read the Admrx did Confess judgment to the Same.
