( 75 ) -ly Cause Means or procurements And as for the Male Encrease of the foresd Heifer I doe hereby these presents give unto the above Named James Curtiss ffather to the a- - - - - - - - ed aforesd Elizabeth Curtiss until Such time as the Said Elizabeth attain to the age of twelve years, which is for and in Consideration of the said James his [well] mannaging and keeping the foresd Heifer and Encrease, until Such times as as the Sd Elizabeth attain to the age of twelve years or till She Shall be at her own disposall to mannage the same. But if the Said Elizabeth depart this life while at Non age, or before Marriage, The the foresd Heifer & Encrease I freely give to Mary Curtiss Younger Sister to Said Elizabeth and her Heirs for Ever.
