Know all men by these presents that I Alice Hall Junio^r of the County of Somerset and Province of Maryland Spinster

for divers good Causes and valuable Considerations me thereunto moving, Doe hereby Give, Grant & Confirm unto Eliz:

Curtiss Daughter of James: Curtiss of the County and Province aforesd, One Black Heifer with a White face now called

by the Name of Guift, Marked as followeth (viz) Cropt of the left ear & one Slitt in the Croppe with a Nick under neath

the Said Ear The Right ear one Slitt in it. Which Said Heifer as aforesd I the Said Alice: Hall doe again freely give

the Said Elizabeth with all the female Encrease, till the Said Elizabeth attain to the age of twelve years after

which age of twelve years, The Said Elizabeth then to have the Encrease of the aforesd both Males and females

To have and to hold the Said Heifer aforesd with the encrease as aforesd to her the said Elizabeth and to

her owne propper and behoof for Ever Thereof and therewith, to doe use and dispose of at her own Will and

pleasure, when at twelve years of Age, as of her own propper goods & Chattels, with out any manner of [C- - ]
