This Bill bindeth me Howell ffrancis of the County & Province aforesd, My Heirs Extors Adm^rs or Assigns to pay

or Cause to be paid unto Ellis Coleman his Heirs Extors Adm^rs or Assigns, The just Sum of three thousand five

hundred pounds of Merchantable Porke at Snow hill Town upon all demands after the first day of Decem^r

next ensueing the date of these presents. The Said Coleman inhabiting in the County & Province aforesd of which

I the Said Howell ffrancis, doe hereby acknowledge to have received a valuable Consideration for the above

mentioned Sum of Porke as Witness my hand & Seal this ________ day of Annoq Dom^e 1692 .

       fourty & four pounds of Porke more added to the abovesd Sd Sum before Signing & Sealing.

of this Court, by his Certain Bill Obligatory which the Said Alexander with the Seal of the Leonard Signed

bringeth here into Court y^e date whereof is the day and year aforesd, acknowledged himSelf to be bound to

the Said Alexander in the Said Sum of 3068 Pounds of Porke to be paid to the said Alexander on or before

the tenth day of this instant December Convenient at Annamessex Towne in y^e County & Province afd

to the which payment the sd Leonard bound himself firmly by y^e sd Bill, Nevertheless the sd Leonard y^e Said

Sum of 3068 Pounds of      according to the tenour of the sd Bill hath not paid but hath hitherto refused

& doth Still refuse to the damage of y^e Said Alexander of 6000 Pounds of Porke & thereof he bringeth his
