Saith that whereas the Said Stephen the fourth day of August in y^e year of o^r Lord 1690. w^thin y^e Jurisdiction

of this Court by his Certain bill Obligatory was indebted to the said Thomas in y^e sd Sum of 500 Pounds

of Porke to be paid to the Said Thomas at or before the last day of November next ensueing y^e date of the

Said Bill at Rehobeth in Pocomoke, to y^e true p^rformance whereof the Said Stephen bound himself firmly

by the Said Bill. Nevertheless the Said Stephen the sd Sum of Porke to the Said Thomas or his Assigns hath

not paid, to the damage of the sd Thomas of 1000 Pounds of Porke, & thereon he brings his Sute &ca.
